My reinterpretation of a post-harvested wheat field surrounding an abandoned house and the dead tree looming nearby. I imagined what would happen if a band of energetic sunflowers flooded the land and adopted the home and its tree! In my story, their glory brings new life to both the house and the tree. If you look closely, you'll see the tree is sprouting once again, and the front door has returned to red, while a small amount of light is starting to peek from the windows.
